By using the Moda AI app or website you agree to these terms.
Service
Moda AI provides studio tools to generate and edit fashion/product images and short video using AI (Google Gemini).
Account
You are responsible for your account. The signup gift is once per email and device after email verification. We may refuse abuse or throwaway accounts.
Credits and payments
Tools deduct credits by feature and quality. Packs are sold only in the Android app via Google Play. Credits are not transferable. A Play refund may reclaim the matching credits.
Content
Do not use the service for illegal, abusive, or infringing content. Outputs are machine-generated and you should review them before publishing. You can report a result in the app or on the web.
Ownership
You keep rights to uploads. We grant you a license to use generated results in your business, subject to third-party rights and likeness laws.
Availability
Tools may pause for maintenance or provider limits. We do not guarantee a specific model output.
Account deletion
Delete from Profile in the app or Account on the web. See the Privacy Policy for what is wiped.
